The pre impregnated base paper is made of high quality wood pulp and titanium dioxide as raw material, and is processed by the special beating process and surface sizing by waterborne aldehyde free emulsion. After printing and surface coating, continuous roll bonding processing, without dipping hot pressing, is the preferred facing material of new environmental protection formaldehyde free board.
